Dave Oliver
Vice President of Operations
Dave became involved with Teen Challenge in 1988 when he agreed to serve on a local committee for the Spokane Men’s Center. After 18 years of service on local committees and TC Corporate Boards he resigned his pastorate in February of 2007 to begin working for Teen Challenge as the Operations Officer. His desire is to see Teen Challenge strengthen in every aspect and operate according to our Core Values, Creed, and Student Covenant.
Rodger Snodgrass
Vice President of Business Development
Rodger served for 12 years as a volunteer on a Teen Challenge local committee, then as a corporate board member. In April of 2009, he was hired as the Director of Business Development for Teen Challenge Pacific Northwest Centers, bringing with him over 35 years of retail management experience. His retail background and leadership has contributed to tremendous financial growth. It is his desire to serve every student with vocational training while financially supporting the ministry.
Charlie Parker
Regional Facilities Manager
Charlie has been on staff since 2000. He is the Regional Facilities Manager, and he travels to all the centers in the Northwest; assisting the Senior Executive Director and the local Directors in planning, organizing, purchasing, and directing the management of facilities maintenance and projects.
Charlene Messina
Administration Office Manager
Charlene has been on staff with Teen Challenge since 2004. Charlene is the Office Manager, Lead Bookkeeper and a vital part of the Administration office. Charlene is very honored to be a small part of the Teen Challenge Ministry and grateful for all the lives that have been changed for Our Lord and Savior!
Lindy Hodges
Executive Administrative Assistant
Lindy started full-time ministry with Teen Challenge in 1998 at Mid-America Teen Challenge in Cape Girardeau, Missouri. She also served as the Office Manager for the Spokane Men's Center from 2000 until 2005. Lindy now serves as the Executive Administrative Assistant to the CEO/President who is also her husband. "Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; the old has gone, the new is here!" —2 Corinthians 5:17
Dawson Hunter
IT & Media Director
Dawson began working with Teen Challenge on a freelance basis in 2009 and came on board full-time in 2010. He is responsible for regional media production (including print, video, and web design), and he manages the administration office technology. He loves to solve problems, and proudly accepts the unofficial title of "office geek."
Megan Hickman
Staff Accountant, Human Resources Coordinator
Megan joined the office staff in 2012 as the Human Resources Coordinator. She handles our payroll, human resources, and insurance needs; and assists with financial reports, bank reconciliations, and other accounting functions.
Christine Shanholtzer
Staff Accountant, Accounts Payable
Christine has been on staff at Teen Challenge since 2007. She serves as an Assistant Bookkeeper in charge of Accounts Payable, and she is our Office Manager's right-hand woman to help keep things running smoothly in the administration office. Christine feels blessed to be a part of this great ministry.
Sheila Sneddon
Staff Accountant, Business Development
Sheila joined the office staff in 2012 as the administrative bookkeeper for the thrift stores. She has a Bachelors degree in Accounting and an Associates degree in Business Management. She is excited to be apart of such a great team and wonderful organization.
Debbie Moffat
Donor and Gifts Management
Debbie joined the office staff in 2010 and currently serves in the office as a receptionist and donor and gift entry specialist. Her accounting degree and a love for the ministry of Teen Challenge blend well in the office and out among the community. She always does what she can to encourage and support: outside the office she shares cookies & encouraging words with local students, and the good news of this ministry with all she is in contact with. Her family has even enjoyed making meals for a local center. Debbie loves working with such a great team that is helping to change people’s lives.
Diane Oliver
Administrative Assistant
Diane joined the regional administration office staff in 2007. She is serving as an administrative assistant; her duties include assisting with bank reconciliations, data entry for accounts receivable, and updating donor files. She enjoys working with the other staff members and assisting in the ministry of Teen Challenge.
Liz Albanese
Donor and Gifts Management
Liz Albanese has been on staff with Teen Challenge since 2011. Her responsibilities include Data Entry and helping with other Administrative duties. She loves Teen Challenge and enjoys working in a ministry that changes lives.
Scott Bray
Student Sponsorship Coordinator, Promotion
Scott is a 2006 graduate of Teen Challenge in Arizona. After completing an internship in Arizona, he attended the Teen Challenge Ministry Institute in Lebanon, Oregon. During his schooling he met his wife—a graduate of Salem Bible College and Elementary Children's Ministry Director at Oak Creek Christian Center. Since 1981 Scott has been entertaining people as an illusionist. Throughout Scott’s career he has had the opportunity to work with magicians such as Allan Rasco and André Kole and to travel to several different countries on five continents around the globe. God opened the door for Scott to minister with Teen Challenge, and in 2012 Scott began coordinating the Student Sponsorship Program for the Pacific Northwest Regional office.
