Dave has a pastor's heart and has spent the last 25 years serving churches in Washington State. Additionally, he has spent the last 19 of those years serving on Teen Challenge local committees and corporate boards. He loves Teen Challenge and the ministry it provides to individuals seeking freedom in Christ.
Lindy Hodges
Executive Administrative Assistant
Lindy started working for Teen Challenge in 1998 at Mid-America Teen Challenge in Cape Girardeau, MO. She also served as the Office Manager from 2000-2005 at the Spokane Men’s Center in Washington. She now serves as Chris Hodges' Executive Administrative Assistant and also works with donor and gift data entry.
Charlene Messina
Office Manager
Charlene has been on staff with Teen Challenge since 2004. Charlene is the Office Manager, Lead Bookkeeper and a vital part of the Pacific NW Teen Challenge Administration office.
Christine Shanholtzer
Assistant Bookkeeper
Christine has been on staff at Teen Challenge since 2007. Christine serves as Assistant Bookkeeper in charge of accounts payable, and she is our Office Manager's right-hand woman to help keep things running smoothly in the administration office.
Dawson Hunter
Media Technology Specialist
Dawson began working with Teen Challenge on a freelance basis in 2009 and came on board full-time in 2010. He is responsible for regional media production (including print, web, and video design), and he manages the adminstration office information technology. He proudly accepts the unofficial title of "office geek."
Debbie Moffat
Assistant Bookkeeper
Debbie joined the office staff in 2010 as an assistant bookkeeper. Her accounting degree and a love for the ministry of Teen Challenge blend well in this position. She helps in the office with other administrative duties, but her primary responsibility is assisting the thrift stores and helping manage their needs. She has managed a large family and loves the extension of working now with such a great team that is helping to change people’s lives.
Breanne Hodges
Receptionist & donor gift data entry
Breanne works part-time as a receptionist & donor and gift data entry. She is currently pursuing a degree from Oregon State University.
Charles Parker
Maintenance and Projects Manager
Charlie has been on staff since 2000. He is the Maintenance and Projects Manager, and he travels to all the centers in the Northwest; assisting the Senior Executive Director and the local Directors in planning, organizing, purchasing and directing the management of facilities maintenance and projects.
