Teen Challenge Pacific Northwest utilizes a grassroots approach that encourages the local centers to tailor programs to the needs of their area. A large portion of our funding is raised by the local centers from individuals, churches, businesses, and organizations in their local area. The centers operate with full and part-time staff members. Volunteers add to our effectiveness by contributing their valuable time and skills, making it possible to lower our overhead.
Teen Challenge Pacific Northwest is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization governed by a board of directors. Each year our organization undergoes an audit performed by an independent accounting firm, as required by Teen Challenge USA to ensure sound financial practices and policies.
